Staff at Willingdon Primary School had to call out East Sussex Wildlife Rescue & Ambulance Service (WRAS) on Wednesday afternoon (24th July 2013) after a fox was tangled up 5ft off the ground in the middle of a bramble bush on the school playing field.

Fox cub rescued from chain link fence
A young fox has been rescued after getting its head stuck in chain link fencing in a garden in Ardingly, Sussex. Member of East Sussex Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service (WRAS) were called in to help a local wildlife rescue who were not able to attend.
Trapped deer freed in the early hours
An adult deer has been freed by volunteer rescuers from East Sussex Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service (WRAS) in the early hours after getting stuck between a wall and a fence of a house near Halland.
"We believe the deer panicked after almost being hit by a car on the main road and the deer then ran between a house and a wooden fence." explain Trevor Weeks.
