Rescuers used magical powers to rescue a young rabbit from a wellington today (Wednesday 11th April).

Rescuer Trevor Weeks founder of East Sussex Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service (WRAS) had a very unusual delivery of a rabbit stuck inside a pink wellington boot! It is thought the rabbit became stuck after being caught by a cat and dropped close to the wellington which became its new home. Finder Natasha Woodgate from Hellingly was about to go out with her son Oscar, found the bunny inside her pink wellington boot and luckily didn’t put her foot in it and squash the frightened little creature. » Read more
