Tawny Owl Released at Plumpton Green.

A tawny owl road casulty which was rescued by East Sussex WRAS over two weeks ago, has finally been returned back to the wild.

The owl was originally admitted with blood coming its eyes, and severely concussed. WRAS's veterinary staff and care team were extremely worried about the owl which had to be force fed in order to keep the bird alive.

EVentually the bird came out of the concussion and after several days of eating for itself and after test flying, the owl was taken back to Plumpton Green and released back in the wood next to where found.
