Gull chicks reunited with parents in Eastbourne

At this time of year WRAS's ambulances are very busy. Every day we are returning multiple young gulls to their roof tops to stay with their parents. Those which are sick and injured are taken to our Casualty Centre for Treatment. Big thank you to Bird Aid at Hailsham who we are funding to take on the youngsters which we can't return to their families. Gulls may not be the most popular of wild birds we deal with, and we often have to deal with rude comments from member of the public whilst returning gull chicks to roof tops. But they are a living creature and suffer in the same way as any other living creature does. They still need help and your support. Reg Charity 1108880 www.wildlifeambulance.org
