This is a great course mainly cross country in some beautiful Sussex countryside taking in woodlands, fields, and the River Cuckmere. The course is 3.5 miles in length and you have up to 6 hours from the start time to complete as many laps as you want. Some people only do one lap then finish other go on to do many more. Last year Trevor managed to complete 5 laps which is over 15 miles!

Our fox cub now has a friend!
When rearing young mammals it is so important for them to have company of their own kind.
Wildlife Aid had a little girl of similar age so we were very greatful for them passing her over, giving our cub the company he desperately needed.
Think it's clear to say they are please to be together as they were found cuddled like this when they were due a feed. ...
