An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join East Sussex Wildlife Rescue & Ambulance Service (WRAS) on a part-time basis, working at its busy Casualty Centre.We are looking for a well-motivated, enthusiastic and organised person to join our team. This role is to work alongside our existing part time receptionist.
Previous experience of working within a reception, in a public facing role, is desirable. Nonetheless, on the job training will be provided.
Job Type: 3.5 days a week. To be worked primarily Thursday, Saturday and Sunday plus an additional half day between Monday and Wednesday or Friday.
Key duties include:
• inputting data onto WRAS’s MS Access Database;
• answering e-mail enquiries;
• answering phone calls;
• replying to letters as well as helping out with other administrative and practical duties around the Casualty Care Centre.
The post holder must be accurate and methodical in data entry, able to show empathy when answering calls and responding to correspondence, good at working as part of a team as well as on their own, have experience of dealing with the public; and demonstrate knowledge of WRAS, its aims and objectives.
